Ollie is an abstract painter, mainly oils on canvas, sometimes incorporating Charcoals and other mediums. He depicts the vivid culinary colours of meat and charcuterie underlying a sense of mortality but also the cycle of life, a sense of transcendence, movement through time, energetic gestures from past to present.
