Ohnim

Artist Ohnim (b.1993) is a member of K-pop band WINNER and known in the music industry as Mino. Through his art practice Ohnim uses the harmony of shape and colour as a way to capture the fleeting emotions that one cannot express through words.

His aim is to create another type of communication, where the remnants of feelings that are buried and hidden away, can be conveyed through simple and distorted shapes.

Ohnim participated in the acclaimed touring exhibition Korean Eye 2020: Creativity and Daydream (Saatchi Gallery 2020 and Lotte World Tower 2021) and was the recipient of the ‘Global Eye Visual and Culture Award’ (2021). In 2022, Ohnim will participate in a new exhibition to celebrate 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Austria.
