Yun Park (b. 1990, South Korea). She studied Fine Art Painting at Wimbledon College of Arts, University of the Arts London from 2017 to 2019. Previously she studied Art History at Columbus College of Art & Design in Ohio, United States from 2013 to 2015.

Park’s practice concentrates on the transitory effects of emotional aesthetics. For her, the process of painting transforms into one of reflection, meditation and contemplation. Park has learned to notice and cherish the beauty which cannot be seen or touched, but has to be felt with the heart and soul amidst the company of complex emotions.

In her creative world, art has the ability to make beauty visible, and to bring out hidden or inner beauty. Park discovers beauty in its true nature and embodies deep philosophical meaning.
